The pump may have quit or water main shut off.

Brown water can come from many different things such as iron in water or water main break after being repaired or break in well line stirring up sediments in well.

Hard water is from high grains of calcium in water.

You may want too consider new equipment when yours is very old and parts become hard to get or it’s becoming very costly too repair. A good example is old air conditioning or heat pump that still requires old type refrigerants that are very costly or unavailable.

We recommend servicing air conditioners once a year but customer should clean or replace filter’s monthly.

Preventative maintenance such as changing filters keeping dirt and debris such as leaves and snow away from outside units and don’t mow grass towards your outside units.
